When going up to set our “Boulder Dash for Frogfish, Seahorse & Becky” cache we thought we would end up on this peak. After setting the cache we looked at the Little Sanger Peak and I knew I had to go up there. Looking in the geo bag we found a match stick container and created a cache to claim your presence at the top.
This is about a 15 minute hike form the first cache site and worth going up for the views. We went straight down the hill on the way out rather than back tracking. We were very glad we did not attempt a straight on approach to these caches even though our parking coordinates are only about two tenths of a mile away.
We parked at the following coordinates to work our way up the hill. These may not be real accurate but you should be at the intersection of two forest service roads although there were no sign markers present: N 41 55.974 W123 38.780
