This cache is located in south Napa County California.
The cache can be found following the trail system, inside of Skyline Park. Please stay on the trails. Here is what a park employee emailed me. "We cannot have folks wandering all over the Park." "Anyone crossing the rock wall is trespassing onto private property." I.E. They have recently given away some of the park land. This has changed the property lines and now the cache is 6" outside of "NEW" park boundry. But you DO NOT need to cross the property line to find the cache. The park employees don't like Geocaching or anyone else "enjoying" their park. Have a nice walk and keep it to yourself about why you are there. I do hope that you find everyone else in the Napa Valley much more friendly. Enough said.
There is approx. a .44 mile and 600' elevation change involved to reach the cache site. Bring a camera and lunch. Views of the entire Napa Valley on the way to site. North to Mt St. Helena. West to Marin County. South is a view of the entire San Francisco bay including several of the bay bridges. At site there were 80+ wild turkeys and 8 deer.
Hint: At the coordinates you will see a 90 degree "corner" in the rock wall. Trail is 100' from the itersection with Bay Area Ridge Trail.
They DO NOT allow pets. They charge to enter park
