Do not use the original coordinates. Use the coordinates shown above. The original cache was muggled and I replaced it at slightly different coordinates. Should be fairly easy.
I figured this was such a big wasted area. It seems that very few businesses have been able to be successful here. I hope that you are far more successful in finding this cache than they were staying in business.
