Izzy and the Lizard King: As reported in recent logs, the avenue of trees has been chopped down and the chickens are no longer roaming in the field. Whereas we could easily have replaced the soggy log (and missing seal from the container) the whole reason for bringing people here no longer exists. We have therefore decided, with great regret, to archive the cache.
Thanks to everyone who visited. We have enjoyed reading your logs and viewing your photos.

Geocache Description:

Mary Whitehouse, famous for her "Clean-up TV Campaign" in the '60s lived for some time in the prosperous town of Claverley. We have set up a few linear walks nearby so that you can "Clean-up on Claverley"

This two part multi will take you along a public footpath through a Free Range Hen farm. We thought it was fun walking through the trees with chickens happily running around us.

The published co-ordinates are for Stage 1 of the multi-cache

The two stages of the multi are outside the enclosure which you will walk through.

Remember - Please do not feed the chickens!

The terrain rating reflects the difficulty at the beginning of the trail. The beginning of the PF starts with a steep scramble up with a drop to one side - please take great care and do not attempt in the dark.

Please take care when retrieving and replacing the cache.
