If you don't have an annual pass for State Parks you will need to buy a $3 day use pass. The cache coordinates will take you to the viewpoint for the tree and the place to get the clues for the cache location from the sign.
From the coordinates 45° 4.711 - {tree height} + 73 = yyy => 45° 04.yyy
123° 03.083 + {years since measurement} = xxx => 123° 03.xxx
From the sign you can drive, bike, walk, or go by horseback to the cache location.
Skooter & Tigerlily took this cache all around Brazil but couldn't find a good spot to stash it so it came back to Oregon. It still has caching instructions in Portuguese as well as English.
Original contents included a compressed T-shirt, farm animals, a pin & mini-biner.
