Geocache Description:

The first in a series of 5 caches. Each of the first four contain a piece of information or clue that you will need in order to locate the final cache. You will need to have found all of the first four caches before you start the hunt for the fifth and final part.

Studham Village Green

Studham is a small, quiet village in south Bedfordshire. In fact, it's so far south, it's only a quirk in the County Boundry that stops it from being in Hertfordshire. Even further south lie Studham's three Commons. This cache is hidden somewhere on the West Common. It's a nice, easy cache to get you started on the Hunt for Red October.

        There is off-road parking for half a dozen cars at :- N51° 49.870'   W000° 30.994'

The cache is a small, black ammunition box stuffed with all sorts of goodies. You will need to be a bit supple to retrieve it but it shouldn't cause anyone any real problems. As this is a popular playground for the village kids, please try to make sure the cache is well hidden before you leave. If you're in need of refreshment after your exertion, the pub on the green serves a fine pint of ale.

The other caches in this series are :-
Part 2 : GCHW8F - Motte & Bailey
Part 3 : GCHY7K - Wimpole Folly
Part 4 : GCJ1ZP - The Mill
Part 5 : GCHVJG - The End Game

Please don't leave food stuff or sharp, pointy things in the cache.
