Park at the Nature Center and take the trail to this cache. It is
located just off the trail. It may be covered up so make sure you
cover it up again when you are finished.
Bats – Take a look at the box hanging on the tree near by. This is
one of many resting places for bats. Bats are the only mammal that
can fly! A bat can eat 600 or more mosquitoes in an hour. There are
two common bats in middle TN – the Eastern Pipistrelle and the
Little Brown Bat. Learn more about bats at the Nature Center.
