Cache is located near the NW corner entrance to Mt. Rainer National Park.
From this cache location you will have a wonderful view of the Carbon River bridge, and the Carbon River valley as it winds it's way into Mt. Rainier National Park.
Just before you enter the NW entrance Mt. Rainier National Park you will come to a bridge. N46 59.666 W121 55.191. The bridge crosses over the Carbon River. Leave the paved road and cross over the bridge and travel 1/3rd of a mile where you will find a logging road on your left. Take this logging road a short distance to the cache location. You can park within 50 feet of the cache.
Be careful near the cache as there is a drop off so watch kids and pets! You do not have to go over the edge to find this cache.
