Hidden near Whistler's Nita Lake, it is a short stroll along the
Valley trail to the cache location. The cache is located less than
2 metres off the paved path.
Nita Lake is home to both Kokanee and Rainbow Trout. When the beach
is open for swimming it is a great but freezing cold, glacier fed
lake. The area around the creek is closed in late spring/early
summer due to sensitive fish environments, please make sure any
geo-dogs are kept on leash and out of the creek when it is
off-limits.
The trees make co-ordinates hard to accurately pin point. N 50°
05.904 W 122° 59.582 were taken by a finder and maybe a bit more
accurate.
THERE ARE BEARS IN THIS AREA SO PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY FOOD ITEMS
OR FOOD LIKE ITEMS IN THIS CACHE.
The container is a 3x3x6 mason jar.
Please make sure it is competely covered after being found.
