ridge top highest point elevation approx. 5968' don't know any
official name but it was smoky today. This is a cut-across trail
from the East side to the West side
the container is a sandwhich size plastic clear box with a tight
lid. lid and has an assortment of stuff for trade items and
includes a tracable geocaching geocoin or two that has a goal of
moving from cache to cache and does need to be logged each time it
is moved, Please. The cache is tucked in near the base of a cluster
of trees 45 paces east of the grave memorial marker near a large
obvious rock. Equaly easy to access iether from the west or from
the east. There are good caches either direction. There are views
of the top of Schwietzer and the Baldi micro wave towers and of
Gisborne/Looking Glass as well as Sundance and down canyon to
Laclede and Riley Creek and a few glimpses of the Pendoray River.
Bring a camera and some field glasses and I hope that the haze of
smoke is gone when you get there.
