Walked in today on my way down the Bruce. Strange country this, with its own built-in sidewalks. Reminds me of the Muskoka Barrens. Enjoyed my visit, and many thanks. Jungle J

wow! what a small easily overlooked spot! BubbleTea and i drove right past as we were watching for an actual driveway while still trying to look at the coords count down. i'm so glad we turned around and didn't wait for the next time we came this way. it is definately an interesting spot walking on this type of rock. while at the platform i saw an orange flower in bloom a little further past which i cannot ever remember seeing anywhere else before. wish i could have had a camera with me so someone else could have identified it. tftec - thanks for the earth cache.

What an interesting and educational place! We didn't see much in bloom this late in the season but now that we know where it is we'll visit next spring. Thanks for bringing us here!
