Newfoundland and Labrador
This is a great spot to watch the ocean. We saw several whales and an eagle. There were even a few ripe blueberries along the trail. Although it was cold and windy we stayed for a few minutes to enjoy the scenery. The contents of the cache, other than the log book, were damp, but we dried them out as best we could. There is a hole in that bag, so water managed to get into the container and then soak the items. It many need to be moved to a slightly less exposed location, or at least a new bag put in. Took nothing, left nothing. Forth FTF![This entry was edited by The Haliburtons on Friday, August 25, 2006 at 12:01:52 PM.]

 | This is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache. |
