Found it  EMC of Northridge, CA found Milestones (Traditional Cache)

Wow!! 1000 caches!
This is an ideal cache - nicely hidden, not too long a hike, great view - and was the perfect beginning of a wonderful day of caching. 8 of us got all the way up Conejo Mountain... and back!
Thanks everyone for joining me to celebrate (in person, online, and one the phone) - and thank you, TRUROKR for the place to do it! Y'all are the BEST!
Took a milestone out of the crowded cache, which the others let me (made me?) actually find.

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
