Found it zuma! found Challenge: Triple Fizzy

Found with KSpud, Comkelp and Team Honeybunnies as we focused our efforts on this chilly day on running down some of the puzzles in the solved pile, and grabbing a few challenges. My D/T grid is attached, and is also viewable on my stats page.
