Found it Deuce & Spark found Mississippi River Statue Park

Definitely no muggle problems today! The 9" or whatever of snow Prairie du Chien got yesterday made this cache extra-tricky to find. I made sure to mess the snow all up after I found the cache so that everyone else will have to hunt like I did, LOL. ;) Took and left some swag but I don't remember what. This part of PDC is *such* a neat area. TFTC!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
