Found it  sparkyfry found Engineer Cache (Traditional Cache)

At first, I found what I thought might be a cache that had been broken. But my GPS was still 15 feet off, so I went to ground zero and found it in short order, as it were. (Caches in this town are tough on short people!) Coordinates were dead on. Since I left a travel bug earlier in the day, I decided to take one from here to even things out. Thanks for the clever cache!

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
