Attended  TurnerTribe attended CITO Hartsholme Park & Swanholme Lakes (Cache In Trash Out Event)

Well, the weather was miserable, but we certainly weren’t!
A cheerful bunch of cachers set off on a litter pick with happy hearts and rubber gloves ! Great place to wander round, great bunch of people too. It was really nice to meet you all !
We were kept warm by the cozy inner glow that comes from doing something altruistic, and the thought of a coffee at the end.
Egged on by comments from the Imp ( I can’t say what ! ) the “Community Payback” gang filled numerous bin bags, nearly fell into the lake, talked to the gorgeous squirrels and other various “wildlife” in the park and generally had a fabulous time!
Thanks for this one and looking forward to the next one ! TFTC xx

infoCache In Trash Out Events are organized clean-up events that involve and benefit the larger community. Cache In Trash Out is an activity intimately tied to geocaching. While out there on a cache hunt, geocachers collect litter along the trails and properly dispose of it.
