Out with Johnny Cache on a lunch hour caching run. Arrived just as the train was coming through. I bailed out to begin the search while JC waited until the train passed. Sure looked like a public area to me, but not according to the neighbor. Of course, I may have been more stealthy if I didn't spend so much time around the wrong geobeacon. I was totally oblivious to the landowner watching until JC and Lobsters pointed him out. By then I had finally found the cache. We spoke to him briefly regarding what we were doing and he wasn't overly upset about the placement, but he didn't acknowledge giving permission either. Hope this one gets straightened out soon.
