Out with irishcaile, scriptrhythm, and Lil'Kate on a geocaching adventure to Sandy's Lake House on Lake Wisconsin.

After a fantastic lunch with our fantastic hosts, we got the chance to take a pontoon boat ride out to this little island. Otter Box, check! No wet iphone for me!

We made our way to the island, someone had been there not long before, the campfire was still smouldering. Smokey the Bear would not be pleased!

I wandered off from the group, my GPSr was leading me to another part of the island. Unfortunately, it was the wrong part of the island, as I heard a "whoop" come from my left!

We signaled to the boat that we were ready to be picked up, and while our day of geocaching was done, there was tubing ahead of us!

This is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
