Found it Ms Sunshine found Powder Hill: Kame and Kettle

Stopped by on my way to the oldest Wisconsin cache. I was sure glad a lot of the snow had melted! What a great view! I will send answers, and post a pic, but my phone doubles as my GPS and camera, so I got one with my St Paul Winter Carnival mitten instead! Thanks for the fun!
