Found it Peter and Gloria found Sundials (Locked) (Locationless (Reverse) Cache)

N 50° 08.804 W 095° 52.510This Pinawa Heritage Sundial is on Vanier Rd, Pinawa, Manitoba, Canada. It has a 38.5' by 40.5' base constructed of polished granite, rail, and granite stones. The 17.5' tall gnomon is of steel. There are two sets of time markers. An outer ring indicates local apparent time and an inner ring adapts for the dial's position in its time zone. The picture of the shadow was taken at 3:13 Central Daylight Time.

infoLocationless Caches could be considered the opposite of a Traditional Cache. Instead of finding a hidden container, you are given a task to locate a specific object and log its coordinates. A scavenger hunt of sorts, it involves collecting waypoints of various objects around the world.

Locationless caches have evolved into Waymarking. Waymark categories are similar to how locationless caches were listed on geocaching.com, but you can now search for the locations in each category.
