Found it Lacknothing found New York Harbor Estuary

Sunday, March 03, 2013New York

This was a very interesting earth cache. I knew nothing about estuaries prior to reading the cache page and doing some research. Found that I learned a lot that I did not know previously. It was fascinating to know the differences between the Hudson and the East River. Loved the view here, but today is a chilly and windy day so did not stay too long. This is definitely another favorite. Thanks for all of the work on this one. Loved it!

infoAn Earthcache is an educational form of a virtual cache. The reward for these caches is learning more about the planet on which we live - its landscapes, its geology or the minerals and fossils that are found there. Many Earthcaches are in National Parks. Some are multi-cache in form, and some have a physical log book located in or close to a Visitor Center. Earthcaches are developed in association with the Geological Society of America.
