Johnny Cache & the Cache Crusaders found One for the birds

Caching with 3Hawks & Uncle Fun today. Signed the log as 3JU.

One piece of the puzzle I recall was tricky for me. Eventually came up with a solution. The search for the cache was tough. Lot's of tiny trees to whip you in the face while we searched. Found a nice hiding spot, but it was empty. Uncle Fun miraculously finds it 4 ft away under some leaves and brush.

A Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
