Found it G.4ce found ODS: Welcome to Hartford

I haven't been able to get out caching much this winter since my sister (with two broken arms) has been living with us. Every time I have a chance to get out, the weather has been lousy. No exception today. I had to make a trip to Hartford for an appointment at the Medical Center so picked up this nearby cache despite the freezing rain/snow/sleet. Thanks for placing the cache.
