Found it Lacknothing found PIRATES ASHORE!! Captain Crimson's Treasure Chest

Monday, April 08, 2013Wisconsin

Out with Hearty Soles, Hack1of2 and redwingrr today enjoying a day of caching with the girl posse. This was the booty we had came south for....a lot of work to get the treasure map that showed the location, but we perservered....through mud and wind, and more mud.....and all kinds of other obstacles we cannot mention. How appropriate that the final for this series should be located right here. We had a blast looking for it and even more fun with the "SWAG" we found inside the amo can. We felt like we were in Never Never Land with Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and Captain Hook. We passed the pirate telescope around and all tested it and put on the beads and just had fun! Many photographs and then it was finally time to pack it all up and return it to its' hiding spot. We had to move onward and at least one of us needs to swab the deck. This was a fabulous series and we had a blast. Gets a favorite from this old salty dog! Very well done. Thanks for all of the work!

infoA Mystery Cache is the “catch-all” of cache types, this form of cache can involve complicated puzzles you will first need to solve to determine the coordinates. The only commonality of this cache type is that the coordinates listed are not of the actual cache location but a general reference point, such as a nearby parking location. Due to the increasing creativity of geocaching this becomes the staging ground for new and unique challenges.
