Found it TJSAAVEDRA found Under the Boardwalk

Happy Thanksgiving...I had some time to kill before going out for dinner today, so why not work up a good appitite doing something I love to do, Geocaching!. I headed over to this one of the three newer caches last. I almost felt like I was aboard a ship on the lake, the boards on the boardwalk had quite a bit of give and bounce as I trekked along on them. Thanks for bringing me out here Jeff & TFTC,

infoThis is the original cache type consisting, at a bare minimum, a container and a log book. Normally you'll find a tupperware container, ammo box, or bucket filled with goodies, or smaller container ("micro cache") too small to contain items except for a log book. The coordinates listed on the traditional cache page is the exact location for the cache.
