Found it Peter and Gloria found Canadian Base Network (Locked) (Locationless (Reverse) Cache)

This is my second find of GC45B1.
This station is 74RCB1 (Pier 1) near Winnipeg, MB.
My coords were: N 50° 10.924 W 097° 16.672. That is only a varition of 0.001' on the longitude. My elevation of 803 ft is about 6 m. too low.

I also found Pier 2 (I assume; it had a large "2" painted on the side) just down the road. Pier 2 coords. were: N 50° 10.924 W 097° 16.323. Apparently Pier 1 is the western most of 5 piers.

infoLocationless Caches could be considered the opposite of a Traditional Cache. Instead of finding a hidden container, you are given a task to locate a specific object and log its coordinates. A scavenger hunt of sorts, it involves collecting waypoints of various objects around the world.

Locationless caches have evolved into Waymarking. Waymark categories are similar to how locationless caches were listed on geocaching.com, but you can now search for the locations in each category.
