Thank you for posting this Geocache. My girlfriend (now fiancee) and I were staying at the St. Paul Hotel. I used my iPhone App to see what was around us and your cache was closest. We went right across the street to Rice Park to try and find it in the morning. I was able to surprise my girlfriend with an engagement ring as I pretended to tie my shoe. 
She said, Yes. It was sooo cold outside, her tears froze up and wasn't able to see the ring.
