To get to the finish line first. RULES OF THE RACE: TBs can only move one state at a time, states must share a common geographic border. Any TB that skips a state intentionally or not MUST move back to the last consecutive state that it was in (not necessarily the same cache) and begin again from there. This rule holds true for TBs leaving the USA into foreign countries. Release point was Deja Vu All Over Again in Sacramento CA ( GCJ263 ), my destination is Winners Circle in Bennington, NY ( GCJ271 ).
My owner helped Tilly and Toby Tortoises win the 2003 race. 1,600+ miles and 5 states. They went from 19th place to the lead in his hands! I'm hoping that GOOD KARMA will come back to me. Thank you for your help.

(DO NOT DELAY ME TO ACCOMPLISH AN EXTRA GOAL. These are just for fun. It is always more fun to be able to complete a goal for a tb besides helping it move. The race is serious business. I WANNA HEAD EAST. OK?)
