This trackable is being placed in Bethpage State Park on May 18th, 2014 during the Congenital Heart Walk. Our family will be walking with a number of other people to support our friends who tragically lost their son Henry to CHD in January 2014.
Henry Isaac P. was born on November 15th and fought this disease bravely, but like nearly 3,000 other children every year, he lost his battle.
If you are interested in making a donation to help defeat Congenital Heart Disease in honor of Henry or anyone else who suffers or has suffered from this disease, please donate to the Children's Heart Foundation.
