The Father of Our Country

Having visited his namesake state including the town of George, Washington, the Father of Our Country would like to return to his Revolutionary War stomping grounds in Westchester County, NY. On the way there, George would like to see all things Washington - be they historical markers, monuments, statues, paintings, etc. commemorating the F.O.O.C. Thanks!

TL;DR: We don't have the trackable (and feel sorry for you if it means it is still missing), but stumbled upon its discovery code.

The story: I discovered this trackable/coin when I cracked the cache "Msportis Coinlihaus der 2." and then was able to reverse-engineer some Coins/TBs of the owner Msporti as well. By pure chance / luck while testing out possibilities for this I also came across this TB/coin. We hope that it's okay that we discover it, if not, feel free to delete this log. TFTC/TFTT 😉

There is a Procter of a dog tag with this code on it in the , idiots to geocaching. It isn't meant to be tracked as they provide one already as an Easter egg in the book but I was curious about the code in this picture so gave it a try. This might be where some of the erroneous loss have come from.

This TB has been sitting in my home since September, 2008, well before many of the logs "discovering it" were made and even before many of the cachers claiming to discover it joined gc.com. Armchair logging at its worst. I understand numbers may be important for some but "discovering" a TB that has been out of circulation for over 4 years just to boost your numbers is pathetic. Going forward, anyone who discovers this TB will have their log deleted. No appeals. I'm letting the last couple of German loggers slide but thereafter, logging ist verboten.

The only exception is if I bring George back into circulation and I'll let you know when (or if) that ever happens.
