Does anyone remember the good 'ol days of geocaching, when we had to work to decrypt the hint? I never thought I'd say this, but now that I've been caching with my smart phone for over a year there's no comparison. But I always look at the hint right away... I've got no time and millions more caches to find!

 

How about you? Do you always look at the hint or only use it sparingly? What's the worst hint you've seen? My favorite is when they say something like "To the left of the rock"... Ummm, from which direction? Hello, this is a navigational activity! Please use NESW for direction in the hint, silly people.
