Here is my combo Travel Bug/Travelling Cache.
The idea is for this cache to travel to all 50 states & make it back to me in as short a time as possible. Inside you will find a mini logbook (please keep with cache) & a couple of NY state quarters to start things off. The idea is to retrieve the cache, log the state where you found it & add a pin, patch or other item with your state's name/logo on it. (Please add something more unique than a State Quarter!) Remember that the item must be small enough to allow others to cumulatively add to the cache. Once the cache has reached all 50 states, I'll have someone get it back to me either by shipping or through cache movements.
By making this a travel bug as well as a cache, I've allowed this cache to be placed inside another cache as a regular travel bug would. It also allows it to be a stand-alone cache. If found IN a cache you would still be able to claim it as a find thus giving you 2 finds at that cache. 1 for the original cache you found it in & 1 for my cache! I've done this so that someone who doesn't want to have to find a place specifically to hide this cache can place it in another cache they already know about.
Some Rules:
1. Please DO NOT remove the cache from its present site unless you can move it to another state (or get it into a HEAVILY TRAVELLED cache near a state border). You can log it as a find but please do not move it unless you can do this.
Please DO NOT remove any state objects from it.
These are part of the goal.
Remember, You can put it IN a cache or hide it as a SEPERATE CACHE on it's own. (But you must email me or no-one else will find it!)
2. If you intend to grab it & move it, please try to post to this site & to it's cache page at
GC4241 or this link.
24 hrs in advance so others don't go on wild goose hunts or report that it's missing.
3. If you grab it, YOU TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT!
Please see that it is treated kindly & redeposited swiftly.
4. Do not pick it up unless you can redeposit it out of state fairly quickly.
(Please do not hold on to it for long)
5. You MUST IMMEDIATELY after replacing the TB/Cache in a new location,
log on & post the new coordinates here as well as emailing me with the info.
I've also registered this as a Cache at
GC4241 or this link.
so please post the new coordinates there as well.
IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT THAT YOU POST THE NEW COORDINATES RIGHT AFTER YOU REHIDE THE CACHE & EMAIL ME SO I CAN CHANGE THE CO-ORDS ON THE HEADER OF THE CACHE PAGE!!!
If you can't do this, please do not retrieve the cache!
Please feel free to decorate the cache as well! Sign it w/a sharpie, sticker it, attach things to it, etc. Just don't damage the Travel Bug Tag or the structure of the cache container.

* Do not crank the lid so tight that someone else can't open it. Just snug it! * Turn lightly till some initial resistance is felt, then turn about 1/2 turn more. ** There will be about two threads still showing when it is tight enough. **

Remember, the idea of this cache is to hit all 50 states, accumulating a goodie from each state along the way. When I get the completed cache back, I will photograph & post photos of the contents then use the entire collection of goodies as a prize in a difficult cache. I'd like to keep the log so please take care of it.
Looking forward to seeing those reports comin in!!

TL;DR: We don't have the trackable (and feel sorry for you if it means it is still missing), but stumbled upon its discovery code.
The story: I discovered this trackable/coin when I cracked the cache "Msportis Coinlihaus der 2." and then was able to reverse-engineer some Coins/TBs of the owner Msporti as well. By pure chance / luck while testing out possibilities for this I also came across this TB/coin. We hope that it's okay that we discover it, if not, feel free to delete this log. TFTC/TFTT 😉

I was going through the photos on my iPhone and realized I had a LOT of TB's to discover from previous events that I had attended. Some of these I may have discovered up to two years ago. I apologize for the lateness. Thank you for sharing!

NOTE: I'm going to be marking this TB as missing, since it is NOT in, on, under, or anywhere near THIS cache (GC2EWYF) where it was "placed" into last Saturday morning, 11/26. It was physically checked 2 hours after the TB drop log, it was checked on Sunday morning, and was checked this afternoon. There is nothing here, unfortunately. As the owner of the cache that this TB / Traveling Cache is logged into, it is my responsibility - as normal cache maintenance - to verify that TBs are in or not in the cache, and mark them missing if not. Especially a high profile and historic TB / cache such as this.
Please note that the associated Traveling Cache, GC4241 is still listed in Sioux Falls, SD, with no indication that it was moved, or any notation of new coordinates. It was last found on Saturday morning 11/26, by the same cacher who "placed" this TB / cache into our cache, 342 miles away on the other side of the state on the same day. Since I'm not in Sioux Falls at the moment, I have no way to verify that the actual TB/ cache is still at that location or not.
If a future cacher finds the cache/TB in good shape over there, or if it shows up at another location at some future date, it's a simple matter to retrieve this TB from "missing" status, and log it back into the appropriate location.
If the TB/Traveling Cache owner wishes to contact me directly about this, feel free to do so.
Respectfully,
MomOf6Furrballs
