It took me a bit longer than anticipated to keep Ronny moving. He fell victim to a terrible situation. Ronny snuck off in search of lunch. He found what seemed to be a free meal... (See the picture!) By the time I realized what he was getting himself into it was too late. His archrival, “The King”, had laid a trap out for him. I saw right away that The King was up to no good. I yelled for Ronny to stop, but it was too late. His eyes were set on the fries... he was doomed from the time the odor of fried morsels entered his nasal passage.
The King demanded a ransom of 5 Big Macs. (Apparently, he has a thing for the competition’s burgers but his boss, “The Whopper”, forbids him from the one thing he loves!)
I managed to come up with the ransom to get Ronny back, and swiftly returned him to the safety of a box in the middle of the woods.

I rescued Ronny from a seldom visited cache (2+ mile hike with a 4 star terrain.) He must be starving after sitting in that cold metal box for 7 months!!. I will be traveling home on I-95 tomorrow. I will be sure to snap a picture of him when I stop by a McDonalds for lunch.
He will be ready to continue his journey after a fine fast food feast!
