This is from a Boy Scout Encampment at Talladega which had about 20,000 attendees.

Found somewhere in northeastern PA probably along Appalachian Trail near Bake Oven Knob. Unfortunately it got thrown in a drawer until now. Heading to Baxter State Park to hike Katahdin. Will look for a cache to put it in there. Get it back in motion!
