Current Goal

To visit all 50 states and collect a photograph of each state flag along the way.  We are starting the mission in Utah, our home state.  After visiting all states, we would like to see it come home to Utah.

About This Item

This travel bug is part of Troop 349 geocaching merit badge experience.  There is a 100 year anniversary Jamboral patch attached to the bug.  This patch was part of a Jamborall attended by our troop last year to commemorate the 100 year birthday of scouting in the US.

Retrieved this TB from a cache that was left standing in spite of a major blowdown storm last week! All the trails we attempted today were major bushwhacks and calisthenics up, over, down or around busted trees! We plan to take this TB to Michigan with us next week. We will be traveling on the SS Badger Ferry from Manitowoc WI across Lake Michigan to Ludington MI, then drive up to Traverse City. We'll get a picture of a Michigan flag flying somewhere along the way!
