This special silver geocoin, was activated to honor Mr. Secretary of The Constabulary, geocacher and geocaching event organizer extraordinaire! His mission is to attend geocaching events across America and in between events, he just wants to meet other cachers. Thank you for all the hard work you do to make others happy, Mr. Secretary!
The Constabulary Coin was presented to Mr. Secretary at the Meet Your Fellow Cachers Summer Picnic 2005 at the Blackstone River & Canal Heritage State Park in Uxbridge, MA.
Since The Constabulary Coin was presented to Bigrock95 on July 17, 2005, it has traveled 16,199 miles in his protective custody! From the east coast to the west coast, over 100 geocachers have been "deputized" by Mr. Secretary, while in the presence of this special geocoin.
Because Mr. Secretary has undertaken the responsibilities of The Constabulary Coin so seriously, and because his mission, as he stated when he received this coin, has remained consistently to protect and provide for Geocacher enjoyment, I hereby declare that Bigrock95 will assume the full rights and responsibilities of ownership of The Constabulary Coin from this day forth. May you continue to spread geocaching good will and may you, in turn, enjoy the camaraderie that this coin provides! Congratulations, Mr. Secretary!
