About This Item

Sinbad's Cure Travel Bug

Sinbad's cure has been released on November 1, 2004 which is exactly two years after his owner, Sinbad7Seas was "cured" of testicular cancer. The majority of recurrence for this type of cancer occurs within two years. Although cancer survivors are never truly cured of this disease, they can live healthy lives in remission. Sinbad's cure is attached to a Lance Armstrong Foundation LiveStrong wrist band to raise cancer awareness. Sinbad7Seas with his wife are actively involved in the local Relay for Life which raises money for cancer research.

My mother has colon cancer. She is on her second treatment because it came back in the liver. She survived the surgery now it is time for chemo. We hope to give her more time for a cure to be found. I also help with the Susan B Kolmen Race for the Cure here in Boise. It is an annual event. I hope you travel well.
