Current Goal

[UPDATE: Kallista Jake has travelled over 47,000 miles and has finally reached it's goal! Read below for further background. It's our hope that students at Kallista Primary will be able to discover Jake themselves, but they are on holiday. Please don't remove Jake from I'll Huff and Puff #3, unless it is for safe-keeping. I've contacted our collaborators on the project to arrange pick-up. Thanks to all the geocachers that have made this school project possible!]

This bug represents a school geography project between two schools in different hemispheres. Its goal is to reach a specific cache near Kallista Primary School located in the Sherbrooke Forest outside of Melbourne, Australia.

Jake is a student at Kallista Primary and we would like he and his classmates to have a fun time locating his bug, so we have selected I'll Huff and I'll Puff #3 as its final destination. Thanks in advance for making a special effort to reach our goal.

Finally, please consider sharing some pictures with us - there are over 100 students following this bug and you'll make their day!

About This Item

We call this a Cobbler's Boomerang

This is a school project involving nine other travel bugs sent out from Chalone Peaks Middle School to partner schools around the world. We hope each bug successfully completes its mission with the help of our geocaching friends!
