In honor of the birth of baby Piper.  Do not keep me.  Help me travel.

About This Item

This trackable is in honor of baby Piper's birth.  Who baby Piper is, I have no idea.  Never met her.  Found this trackable in GCM697, Rainbow Bug Motel, on Sept. 25, 2011.  Past logs for the cache indicate that a geocaching team named edingeoteam dropped it off.  Whether they are the cachers who started the bug or just were passing it along is unknown, as I've tried contacting them through GC.com twice with no results. 

The tag that they attached to this fireflly cachekinz was done really nicely.  Laminated with a rivet sealed with gorilla glue.  It should last quite a while.  So I am activating this and releasing it as is so that it can travel as the owners (whoever they may be) desired.  If the owners read this, I will be happy to let them "adopt" their own trackable back, just let me know.  PLEASE! 

5-10-2013:  The original tag has been missing for a while now.  Rereleasing the number with a new little firefly attached. 

July 2018, releasing again with a new firefly.

June 2021, another release.  I'm out of fireflies so went with the "piper" this time...
