Precious

To make people aware that puppy mills abuse innocent animals! I fostered Precious and her 8 puppies. She came from a pupppy mill. When Precious came to me she had been so abused the only human she trusted was me and I believe that was through the grace of God. She was too sick to take care of her own puppies, one day at a time I got her to eat a little and she had enough milk to feed them all. I had to carry her outside as all she could do was lay there. I spent many a night up with one of her puppies either to feed them because the puppy would be too small and the others would push them away, one was so tiny I actually named him that. Other nights a puppy would be sick and they often had swollen stomachs so the vet told me to massage there bellies and this would relieve the pressure and it did! Precious never tried to stop me in any way from taking one of her pups if it needed help. It was amazing, when she got strong enough to walk and take care of her puppies on her own I was no longer allowed to take the puppies without her. A loving mission accomplished "PRECIOUS SURVIVED" When I return Precious and her 8 puppies to The Winnipeg Humane Society they were shocked that all the puppies survived. Through the grace of God and a loving human this beautiful animal and all her puppies were given a chance to live abuse free!

The mission is to touch the hearts of every human who moves this travel bug from cache to cache and in some way give their love to an innocent animal in a small or big way! All Precious needed was for someone to help her until she got strong enough to help herself.  LOVE CONQUERS ALL.  :)
