How do Trackable Items work?

Recently Spotted: In the hands of CMichaels86

Current GOAL: We are hoping Tiny Ted will travel the world and visit other primary schools who will share stories with us about their school life and their local environments. We are tracking his progress on our map so please move Tiny Ted on even if it's not possible to take him to visit a school. Photographs of him on his adventures would be great.

About this item: Tiny Ted

Hi, Cefn Fforest Primary School here. We are wondering if there is any news of Tiny Ted. We have seen some fantastic photos of his days out and a big thank you to everyone who has taken the time to look after him. We thought we would put these pics of Tiny Teds adventures in America on this page for everyone who's following his travels to see. They are fantastic!

Tiny Ted recently reappeared following a few weeks of inactivitiy..... you'll never guess where he has been? He has been visiting Birmingham, Alabama with a group of teachers. He is now in the hands of April Chamberlain. Schools in the USA are obviously on their Summer Vacation so we are hoping that we may see some photos of TT's summer visits soon.... Thank You Sheryl for looking after him and passing him on : )

On Thursday Tiny Ted got to visit the Yorktown Victory Center with the fourth grade class that I work in as a student teacher. This is where Lord Cornwallis surrendered to George Washington during the American Revolutionary War. Although the war continued for another year, Yorktown was one of the last major battles. Tiny Ted learned a lot about American Colonial history and got to see some original artifacts from the period. Unfortunately there are no pictures of the originals, because they are very delicate and we were only allowed to look. Tiny Ted did get to see a bunch of demonstrations though and many reduplications of how things were in 18th century Virginia.

Check out my blog to see some pictures of Tiny Ted on our trip. (visit link)

Hello to all my new friends in New Zealand and Wales,
Tiny Ted has now been passed to me here in the States! I am a student at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Tiny Ted led a tour of the College with me last Friday. He did a great job helping me show prospectives around the College and I even think he persuaded a couple of students to come here!
To top it all off, Tiny Ted went country line dancing with me in Norfolk, Virginia. He experienced southern American culture and did a great job learning the dances!
If you'd like to view pictures of Tiny Ted on his adventures you can visit my blog, (visit link) (the pictures will be up soon so if you don't see them check back)!

Hi there Sheryl glad that Tiny Ted has arrived safely and that you have grabbed him - you need to log him into your nearest cache and log him out again ( straight away) this will generate a plot for his travel on Google Earth, and on his blog page. We look forward to his travels in the USA. I am sure that he is going to have a fabulous time.
