Flop is a prairie dolphin that loves to have his picture taken. Flop is from Picture Butte, Alberta. Please take many pictures of Flop, especially near water so me can used used to water, as he is stuck in the middle of the prairies. Flop's twin brother, Flip is also traveling in search of water.
