About This Item

Siv is a young Sami woman. She loves nature and cultural experiences.

The Sami people is a native Norwegian minority.
A minority of the Sami have traditionally been living as nomades, with reindeer herding as the most important livelyhood.
Most Sami however, were living by the fjords or by the many rivers in Northern Norway, living from a combination of farming, cattle raising, trapping and fishing.

There are 60-100000 Sami people in Norway.
