Current Goal

Hi, I'd like to spend the 2003 baseball season traveling to other baseball parks. Major League, Minor League, even Little League or soccer parks for that matter. After the 2003 world series I'd love to visit Hawaii and go on to Japan to see some baseball parks there. I'd eventually like to end up in Bamberg, Germany where my owner's Daughter is stationed at the US Army Base. There is a cache there called Humsera that currently is the closest at N 49° 52.808 E 010° 52.169.

Bucky Ducky went missing only a few months after he was released in 2003. I was quite surprised to see that is was logged into G O'Cache which was placed in 2006. However since that cache is too small for it to fit, I suspect it was never really there. Hopefully the kids who took it, now being older and wiser will place it back into a cache some day. Skilgannon reported discovering it today (9/25/15). I also find that highly unlikely, it must have been a typo or an attempt to add numbers to their profile (their profile shows 2000 caches found and 9500 trackables logged). This was our first travel bug. My brother Brian, lost it at our 2nd cache of the day, but we made him go back and find it. Planning on dropping it off when we go again, next weekend. Can't wait to see where it goes and has been. thanx for the fun 😎 ~Poppycache~

Bucky made a road trip today. First he visited Boulder Creek Golf Club in Streetsboro, Ohio (he's not much into golf, however). Then came the highlight of his day as I took him to Canal Park, home of the minor league Akron Aeros. I had hoped to get him up to see the Altoona Curve this weekend, but took him to Ohio instead. He was then placed into a cache in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Since he is currently residing in Ohio, maybe he can also be called Buckeye Ducky. I wish him well!

I have taken Bucky Ducky from the Ben Herr cache and plan to take him to a baseball game over the Memorial Day holiday. If we don't get a chance to do that, he will get a ride to another cache site.
