Current Goal

The mission for the BEKANDIAN JOURNEY TB is to travel from our own cache in Ireland to our new friend's cache in the UK making more friends along the way and spreading the fun adventures had by geocachers world-wide. We would like this TB to try and get as close to the geocache called GCRH08 DUNDRIDGE MANOR in Buckinghamshire, England waypoint N 51° 44.986 W 000° 40.720. This is a regular cache which has room for travel bugs.

About This Item

The Bickersons have never actually met Bekandian but our paths crossed over a very mixed up TB found in Dublin, Ireland in February 2006. The TB was a mix of a TB called Ian's Board and another called Around the World. Somehow, somewhere the tags for Ian's Board got mixed up with a pair of clogs and written note from the Around the World TB (which had lost it's tags completely). The Bickersons sent the tags back to Bekandian and the lovely couple sent The Bickersons a new set of TB tags. We have decided to try and return the new tags to a cache owned by Bekandian and see what fun journey it can have along the way!!! So please take photos with BEKENDIAN JOURNEY so we can all see where it goes along the way.

    With a three year old daughter I most certainly must take this Birthday Whinnie the Pooh today from the Ouwe Stompen Event (which means something like: cachers from the beginning - and today was the big day to meet them - very crowdy !! A lot of new faces...).

    Now I read that his goal is to go to the UK.

    I met a cacher who often visits the UK, so I will contact this fellow to see what we can arrange !

    In the mean time, he'll stay at our New Place, together with Iejoor, Heffalump, little Roo, Kanga, Tigger and Rabbit and offcourse my daughter Josée !
