The Rules
For it to count you must Blow And Go to a neighboring/bordering state.
For example, starting in Texas, you can take me to Louisiana, Arkansas,
Oklahoma, or New Mexico. If you jump over neighboring states, the state you
land in will not count toward my goal, but the process of going to a neighboring
state picks up at that location and continues normally. Exception: If all neighboring states have been visited then,
and only then, such a
jump will count.
It’s okay to repeat a state, but it doesn’t help me complete my goal, unless
all neighboring states have been visited and repeating a state moves me closer
to new opportunities. This is an ambitious goal, so I’ll
need lots of help. If you can’t move me to another state try to move me
closer to the border.
The Non-Rules
Though definitely not required, photographs along the way are encouraged.
Particularly pictures of state border signs like “Welcome To," "You are
entering" or "You are leaving" type signs. If I make it
all the way and back to my owner he will send a dollar bill to everyone who took
a border sign picture. He says he’ll probably do it even if I get lost
after getting half the states, but he wouldn’t promise. He will keep a list of states
I still need to visit right here.

Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland,

Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina,
South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia,

The Rest
I’m not a trade item, you don’t have to leave anything if you take me
Please don’t put me in a travel bug "hotel," "depot" or "resort" that
requires you leave a bug if you take a bug. Sometimes they're more like
prisons than hotels -- I might have to stay there a long time until someone
rescues me.
Travel bugs are logged in a different, and additional way to caches
