About This Item

April 2021 Version

My main goal is NOT TO BE CARRIED BY THE SAME INDIVIDUAL to multiple caches but rather to be picked up by different cachers from different caches, while visiting all 50 U.S. states. I'd also like to AVOID events and, so called, TB Hotels/Motels. Better to move a short distance than to be held for a big move. Feel free to discover me if you can't move me!

This traveler has disappeared, grabbed back, and then resurrected, renamed and sent back out multiple times:

31Oct2006 I was advised that The Wanderer was probably lost just after being picked up from The birdnest (GCGGTE)cache in Utah. The Wanderer didn't travel far or long but such is the life of a travelbug.
09Jun2007 I did a virtual grab from it’s last known cache. I’ve reincarnated this traveler with the “copy” tag and a new body. Lets see what happens this time. I wish “Fair winds and following seas” to this intrepid traveler.
06Jun2008 I did a virtual grab (again) from it's last known cache. Now in 2010 I've reincarnated (again) this traveler with a WalMart Dog Tag and a new body. I've released it into the wild again for another shot at traveling the world.
10Jul2011 TB was reported missing from GC225W4 Ding Dong Duck. I waited 9 months hoping it would turn up. It didn't. I'll send out a another reincarnation.
04Oct2014 TB was marked as MISSING from GC1QZB1 in Germany. A pretty good run this time. Grabbed back into inventory for future resurrection.
11Oct2014 Sent back out in new form.
14Nov2015 TB missing, again, this time from GC4QDD5 Cache Across America - Kentucky. Recalling it back into my inventory for resurrection.
17Jan2016 Sent back out in new form.
17Jul2018 I marked it as MISSING (see 17Jul18 log).
20Apr2019 Virtual GRAB back into inventory for resurrection in new form with new name.
09Apr2021 Virtual grab from newbie supergirls88 that has held is since 16 Jun 2020 (297 days) and last logged a cache on 22 Sep 20. Will send back out in new form.
