The eragonSaphira & GRC Mint Geocoin is the brainchild of eragonSaphira, a husband-and-wife team from South Africa. Renier is an enterprise architect and Correen is an electrical engineer, who enjoy their leisure time geocaching together.
The coin is made to a South African coin size which is 38mm, and is called the "eragonSaphira and GRC Mint" geocoin. This is the first GeoCoin to be completely manufactured within the borders of South Africa by a real mint that also mints legal tender coins.
As the eragonSaphira & GRC Mint Geocoin is the first geocoin manufactured in South Africa, it will be featured as an exhibition piece for "Geocoins South Africa" and the "Gold Reef City Mint".
