Coin front

This coin is to  travel around to good (not crappy) HIKING caches anywhere in the world. Anyone may log it even if you did not attend the GW3 event as long as you "place" it in a cache you have found at the end of a nice long hike.


If you have found a good cache that requires at least a 0.75-mile hike round trip, feel free to "grab" this TB and log it in. I will delete logs placing it into a typical event or TB hotel because there is no hike and they tend to be boring to read. Also only retrieve this coin from other caches not other people so they get a chance to log it into hikes. Logs without drops will be deleted.

I was so close to making it to the GWIII event that when our plans feel through I was just sick for about a week. We had condo reservations in Orlando area for a few days and then reservations in Daytona (planned to commute to Jacksonville for the event from here). Hopefully, we can make a future event. I did hook up some local UT cachers with the cacher from Finland that attended the event and was working on his PhD at UCBerkeley.

I decided to go ahead and retrieve this coin since I was FTF to the Chicken Soup cache and I'm dropping it in one of my favorite caches, that I expect to adopt soon, I visited Sunday evening. You should take a look at the snow shoeing event we've had the last 3 years to this location and trying to find it in 10 ft of snow.

One other thing, I've got a minpin that looks just like flipsican. I'll have to send a link to one of the pics I have of him.
